After the proposal submission at 30 September 1997 and its approval at 14 December 1999, two of the data related to the partners of the project were changed:
- The contact person from UPC - Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, Oficina d'Orientacio i Insercio Laboral de la UPC was Miss Mireia De La RUBIA Garrido;
- Due to the structural transformation and organization of the Electric National Company, the participating institution RENEL-Filiala de Retele Electrice Cluj, was changed by the participating institution CONEL - S.C. ELECTRICA S.A. Electric Distribution Branch of Cluj, the contact person Mr. Gabriel RUGA, Manager.
